INSTRUCTIONS WITH VISUALS

STEP 1: Simple sign-up
- click the REGISTER link on the top right of the site
- or click the Eve Rewards button (bottom left of the website), then scroll to the Become a member section and click Join now
- fill the Register form and click CREATE
- access your personal inbox and open our account confirmation email
- confirm registration by clicking Active your account button



STEP 2: Access your dashboard
- sign-in to your account by clicking the SIGN IN button (top right) OR click Eve Rewards button and then the the Sign in link
- click Eve Rewards and access your rewards dashboard


     
STEP 3: Earn and redeem
- login to your to your rewards dashboard
- click All rewards then select a reward you prefer and click View
- Confirm by clicking Redeem
- You will immediately get your code, it will also be emailed, and you can access it later by clicking Your rewards on the main dashboard

By registering for the Eve Rewards program, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth by these terms & conditions. Members of the Eve Rewards program will earn points, called Eve Petals, in connection with purchases and qualifying online actions that are redeemable towards the purchase of future Eve Hansen products. No rewards will be given for unused Eve Petals. Eligibility is limited to individuals only. Reward discounts do not stack and must be applied one at a time on purchases that are at least worth the value of the discount. Our system flags all suspicious behaviors and will take immediate action against violators.

I. MEMBERSHIP

1. Free Membership.

No purchase is necessary to register for the Eve Rewards program and to get the Eve Rewards account.

2. Eligibility.

Membership in the program is limited to individuals only and is limited to one account per individual. You must be age 18 years or older to be eligible for membership. By submitting an application for Eve Rewards, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. The Program is void where prohibited by law. A person may not be a member of more than one Eve Rewards account. Members are entitled to only one Member Account.

3. Opening an Account.

You can create an account by visiting www.evehansen.com on any device. Each new user will need to register to the Eve Hansen site by providing their first name, last name, email, and creating a secure password. A user will then need to confirm their registration from their email and can then login to access their Eve Rewards via the button launcher on the bottom left section of the website. 4. Existing Members.

All existing Eve Hansen members who have a registered account can access the Eve Rewards program and do not need to register again. Existing members can use their user name and password to login to the site and can then access their Rewards on via the Eve Rewards launch button. Accounts of each existing member has been pre-loaded with 200 Eve Petals.

5. Membership Account.

Each Eve Rewards member ("Member") will receive an Eve Rewards account number that is unique to such Member ("Account"). Program account numbers are not transferable and are not for sale, resale or barter. Eve Hansen is not responsible for use of a Member's account or redemption of a Member's Eve Petals in the event the Member's account is stolen and the account is used or the Eve Petals are redeemed prior to the Member informing Eve Hansen that the Member's account has been stolen. The Account remains the property of Eve Hansen and can be deactivated at any time.

6. Member Cancellation.

You may cancel your Eve Rewards membership at any time. Upon cancellation, any unused Eve Petals accrued in your account will be forfeited and cannot be redeemed.

II. EARNING EVE PETALS

1. General.

Members MUST be signed into their account on the site in order to earn any Eve Petals. Eve Petals can be earned in a number of different ways.

2. Signup.

Each new member will earn 200 Eve Petals for registering their account (after confirming the registration from the email link). This action can only be done once. All existing members already start with 200 Eve Petals in their account, since they cannot signup.

3. Purchases.

Members will earn ten (10) Eve Petals for every one ($1) dollar spent on all Eve Hansen product purchases on the website. Eve Petals will be awarded based on the final price paid. Final price is the amount that you actually pay after discounts, taxes, and shipping fees are applied (decimals will be rounded up). For example, if the final price with a discount, shipping, and taxes is $9.99, then you will be awarded 100 Eve Petals.

4. Referrals.

Members will receive 500 Eve Petals AFTER their friend clicks on the link, receives a coupon code for 15% off, and applies the coupon code to their next purchase (with a minimum order of $10 or more). Members can simply paste their unique link anywhere they want, or click on the templated Twitter, Email, Facebook message to share their link. Friends who make their purchase will not receive Eve Petals unless they first register to become Eve Rewards members.

5. Follow on Instagram.

Members will receive 200 Eve Petals for following our Instagram channel. This action can only be done once.

6. Share on Facebook.

Members will receive 100 Eve Petals for sharing the Eve Hansen link with a note on their Facebook page. This action can only be done once.

7. Share on Twitter.

Members will receive 100 Eve Petals for sharing the Eve Hansen link with a note on their Twitter handle. This action can only be done once.

8. Birthday Gift.

Members will receive 200 Eve Petals on their birthday each year. You will first need to enter a valid birthday at least one month in advance of your actual birthday, otherwise you’ll have to wait until next year. After the birthday gift is claimed, the date cannot be changed.

9. Returns.

Eve Petals earned for a purchase that is either returned or gets cancelled, will be removed from the Member's account. Suspicious behavior and activity that is aimed at abusing the Rewards program will be closely monitored and will result in immediate account deactivation and possible legal action.

10. New Ways to Earn.

Our team is constantly looking to improve the system and may include additional ways to earn Eve Petals in the future. Stay tuned!

III. REDEEMING EVE PETALS

1. General.

Eve Petals can be redeemed via the Eve Rewards account for various discount amounts. Redeemed discounts can be applied to future purchase on products that are at least equal to the discount amount. Only one discount will apply at a time and discounts cannot be stacked with each other or with another coupon.

2. Redemption Values:

Members can redeem their Eve Petals for the following discount amounts to reduce the purchase price of their future site order:

• • 500 Eve Petals = $5 off
  • 1,000 Eve Petals = $10 off
  • 2,000 Eve Petals = $20 off 

3. Expiration.

Eve Petals never expire.

4. Exclusions.

Eve Petals accumulated on different Accounts of different Members may not be combined or aggregated to make purchases of products and services or for any other reason. Eve Petals earned in a transaction cannot be redeemed in the same transaction. Eve Petals can only be redeemed on www.evehansen.com and are not applicable for purchases outside of the site.

IV. GENERAL

Eve Hansen reserves the right to cancel, modify, or restrict any aspects of the Eve Rewards program at any time. Any changes can be made without any advance notice. Eve Hansen may make these changes even though such changes may affect the Member's ability to use Eve Petals already accumulated. You are responsible for remaining knowledgeable about the Program Terms and Conditions. A Member's Eve Petals balance, as reflected in Eve Rewards records, shall be deemed correct. Eve Hansen reserves the right to determine the amount of Eve Petals in any Member's account. Eve Hansen assumes no responsibility for errors caused by incorrect Member information. The sale or transfer of Eve Petals is prohibited and may result in the confiscation or cancellation of your Eve Petals as well as suspension or termination of your membership, which in each case shall be final and conclusive. Eve Hansen may revoke any Member's membership in Eve Rewards at any time if such Member engages in abuse of the Program or fails to follow the terms and conditions of the Program. Fraud or abuse relating to the accrual of Eve Petals or redemption of rewards may result in revocation of membership in the Program. Eve Petals cannot be redeemed for cash. The interpretation and application of the Program's Terms and Conditions are at the sole discretion and determination of Eve Hansen.
