Return Policy

Eve Hansen is dedicated to bringing you an unparalleled shopping experience from start to finish! If you're not completely satisfied with a product for any reason, just return the product to us for a full refund. Here's how:


Time limit on returns:

Products must be returned within 60 days of the Process Date on the order packing slip to receive a refund to the payment method used on EveHansen.com. An Eve Hansen eGift Card will be issued for returns of products after 60 days of the Process Date on the order packing slip when returned to the processing center.


Returns processing time

  • Please allow us 10 business days for receiving and processing your online order return. We will notify you via email when we have processed your order and issued a refund. Please note that the original shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

  • Credit will appear on your account within 7-10 days after we have processed your return. Credit will appear on your statement within two billing periods depending on your billing cycle.


    Return guidelines

    We recommend shipping returned merchandise via UPS for tracking purposes. We will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, mishandled, or damaged.


    Changes / Cancellations

    If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an email as soon as possible to orders@evehansen.com or use our contact form. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once an order has been submitted we cannot guarantee that the purchase can be cancelled or modified. Once you have received your online order, please refer to our return instructions included with your shipment.
